Side A Unit 1 Sleeps 9. Has 2 Bedrooms with 1 Queen bed in each and 1 Bedroom with a bunk bed and a twin bed. Also has a washer and dryer in the lower level, and a futon sofa
It has 1 tub bathroom with 2 bedrooms in the upper level with full kitchen and a main family room with Wifi ready TV. (Wifi is available through T-Mobile Home internet.)
It has 1 bedroom in the lower level with a shower bathroom and a large secondary family room in the lower level with walk out to the lake and stream.
Enjoy a large deck with sitting area and patio furniture on the upper level with beautiful serene view of Little Round Lake.
You also have a firepit.

The TRI Lake Duplex is located in a great location with 240+ feet of natural shoreline, interconnecting clear streams with one of the cleanest lakes in the Midwest, ideal for fishing and kayaking, and less than 10 to 15 minute drive from major supermarkets, restaurants and the famous LCO casino. During the summer, Round Lake is perfect for fishing, skiing, wake boarding, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding and all water based activities. There is a sandbar where you can walk across the lake which is a favorite gathering spot for 'kids of all ages'!! It's location on a quiet tar township road make it perfect for a morning walk or bike ride. During the winter months the lake is perfect for ice fishing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and is a perfect base camp to access the endless miles of groomed snowmobile trails across the region.

If you like to stay in a quiet location, but close enough to all the Hayward Action then this is the Vacation Rental for you!

Please note that this Rental Duplex uses an outside surveillance camera system and a family of bears have been seen on the camera. Please do not leave any good smelling food or trash outside. These cameras are turned off during guests stays.

  The house is located not too far from Hayward. You have a view if the lake across the street. There were a couple deer who visited daily. Was told a bear family had been seen in the area but we did not see it. So if you want a quiet getaway this is a perfect place. There was only a few channels available. Nothing for kids to watch. Phone service was not good which could be a blessing. Each unit has 3 bedroom and 2 full bathroom. We were able to open up the units so we were able to visit with family staying in the other unit. Great for large groups. If you have questions they answer right away. Beautiful place. We enjoyed our stay.
